Screen printing is a perfect way to create a lot of identical pieces at great price. If you have your own label maker or engraving machine, you can even personalize these badges yourself. Our screen printers are not limited to small badges either. We can screen print larger signs and plates as well.

Face Color
The face color of a badge is the color of the material on which your names are engraved. It is the largest color block in the samples below.

Core Color
The core is the material beneath the surface that is revealed when a name is engraved. After engraving, it becomes the engraved text’s color. Core colors are shown as the stripe in the samples below.

Custom Shapes
Square or rectangular shapes are customary and are included in the price of the badge. We can make custom shapes, they just cost a little more.

Slots and Holes
For a small charge, we can add a slot punch or hole to your badge. The slot is perfect for luggage straps, strap bulldogs, and the like. We can also punch holes of various sizes for service pins, nails and screws, and more.
